In the past I only brought my Porsche 911 to Larchmere motors. Recently, my M550 BMW was riding a bit rough so I consulted with Jeff. He recommended a tune up, a transmission flush, and oil change. What a difference in performance that made ! I had been bringing my 2018 BMW to a mechanic closer to me up to then, religiously going for oil changes every six months. Jeff said, with my low milage, that it was actually hurting the car with too frequent oil changes. Further, my car was supposed to have a tune up with spark plugs replaced at 30,000 miles and my milage was 36,000 miles. Evidently the other mechanic did not check my maintenance schedule as he should have. Although it is inconvenient for me to bring both cars to Larchmere Motors, I will only go there for all my auto repair needs in the future

I have taken my car to Larchmere Imports Automotive Service in Chagrin Falls / Bainbridge several times for service work and drove away 100% satisfied every time. The owner, Jeff, a great listener on the intake and is very gracious with his time in explaining the issues they found and what work they did to correct it. Jeff's vast experience and deep knowledge will get to the root cause of the problem whereas other shops often just throw parts at it. Professional, Competent, Knowledgeable, Honest and Kind I cannot be more grateful for this stellar auto repair shop right in my neighborhood! The battery died on my 2015 Range Rover and the guys at Larchmere could not have been more helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Within hours I knew what was happening with my car, what the parts and labor would cost as well as making sure all dash “warnings” were taking care of. Jeff, the owner, followed up with a text after picking up my car to make sure everything went well. If I could give six stars I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
