I found this garage when I was taking my horse to the Tryon equine hospital. Saw the horse trailers on the property and thought to myself “I wonder if they work on them?” So on my way back by I stopped and talked to them, and found out they do. I have been taking my trailers to them ever since. I summer here, so my little bumper pull sits for several months. The first thing I do when I get up here is take that tagalong in for maintenance and inspection. The , when I pick it up, I swap it out with my larger trailer that I use more regularly and camp in to get IT serviced and inspected. They have done welding repairs on broken parts, they’ve replaced lights and fixed wiring issues, they’ve reinforced my floor because I felt it needed it, they completely remade me a set of rear trailer doors because mine were warped and falling apart at the bottom edges. They wash my trailers before I pick them up and tell me about any concerns they find during their time working on it. I find their prices fair, especially for the quality of service and work I have received. autumn is super friendly and accommodating. Kenneth and Donovan take the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and give me real, workable solutions. This place is a 45 min drive each way for me but it’s worth it. I will take my trailers there for as long as they’re in business!

I am extremely disappointed with the work they did. I spent over $1200 in 2 weeks with them. The first repair was ok. The second was a welding job on 2 hinges. There was absolutely no care taken in the job. Appears as if they spray painted the hinges without protecting the trailer. While I know my trailer needs to be repainted, it doesn't mean not to take care of it. The spray went all over the white. In trying to get it off, they smeared the maroon so it is streaked on the white. It also removed white paint down to the aluminum. The charge for that was close to $400. It looks like a first graders attempt at a repair. Nevermind being completely yelled at when asked to help hook up my trailer. I have a shoulder issue and had asked at beginning not to unhook. I really feel like they just wanted me out of there so I was not aware of how long it actually took. Being yelled at that he was not going to cater me was ridiculous... he was right next my trailer putting tires on another trailer. He literally watched me get in and out of truck 8 times trying to hook up alone. I don't expect to be catered to, just respected as a client. As of right now. I will not be back. I could have done the work myself better...and I have no experience. Over priced for the quality of work and the work ethic. Understand, I am one who doesn't usually leave a review.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Incredibly nice people who will do anything to be helpful! They fabricated a new jack handle for my Kieffer Built trailer I bought used and checked it on the trailer for me even though I didn't buy the trailer from them.
