I don’t leave reviews really ever. But this place warranted one. I’ve been here twice now. Very nice, fast, affordable, and cooperative. Lily is fantastic. By the second visit the whole shop was calling me by name. Both visits I had my car back within 48hrs. I tend to be a customer who commits to a place forever once expectations are surpassed. Larsen’s has reached that status.

After 3 mechanics couldn’t find the problems with my car over a period of 2 years, Larsen Automotive solved them in 2 days. They were fast, clear, informative, fair and incredibly easy to communicate with via texts & calls. 5 star experience.

The team and owner of Larsen are incredible. They are both friendly and accommodating. They do quality work and on a quick and efficient schedule. Many times I have been able to get an appointment the next day and the car is done by the afternoon when I drop it off. It feels like a local business where they remember your name and know your face. For anyone looking for good mechanic work and a great customer experience I highly recommend Larsen.

I've been taking my car to get serviced at Larsen's for several years. I appreciate the honest, transparent, local, and reliable service. As a woman, it is difficult to find a trustworthy auto repair shop that will provide direct and honest feedback about inspections and recommended repairs and not scam you out of money and damage your car.
