On Monday, April 17th, I took my 2008 Ford Focus to Ricardo thinking I might need brakes, When I dropped it off in the morning I told him," I am not sure what is wrong, but the car shakes and you know how you just know something is wrong." He said no problem and he would test drive it and would call me when he knew something. He called me Tuesday and told me the brakes were fine , and he tightened something (I forget) that was loose in the rear of the car. He also cleaned up the battery terminals which had battery corrosion built up and sprayed the area with a product that would prevent it from reoccurring. He also checked the oil etc. Fantastic service and rates. I finally found a great, honest mechanic. And he understood " I know something is wrong" and made it right. My car rides so smooth now.
