I came for 1 tire balance. I did most of the work taking out the center cap removing the wheel weight & tape the center hub hole. The blue tape I bought that to use. have forge aluminum so it tougher than the average soft aluminum wheel. But short story they put tire iron against the rim lip and put a mark on the outer lip . I just had the wheel professionally painted last year and ask for a polish lip cus I know tire shops will try to crack any paint on the lip. All they had to do I put masking tape over the spot or say they can't do it. I came on 11-19-2024. These are imported Japanese (made in Japan logo in picture) wheels they are expensive, so anyone has something like that maybe go else where. Will be driving out of town for my other tire guy. They don't give receipts unless u ask for it.

Just got done putting on 4 brand new good year tires. no one can beat there prices , customer service, and work they have. would recommend to many !

~Take your vehicle here if you don't care about it getting fixed~ I am very sad to announce that my experience at Lawrence Tire and Service was far from good. I took my car in because it had a slight pull to the right. Upon picking up my car, I was kindly informed that the alignment was performed to factory specs, and everything was in the green. I said OK, great! Only which I was then told that it still pulled to the right, but I was assured that it was aligned, and everything was in the green. I said, OK, figuring there was no way it was going to be worse. So, I made payment and left. Immediately, driving out of the parking lot at creeping speeds, I noticed a pull to the right. Once on the road, this pull to the right was even more aggressive than before! I’m very much in the understanding that if a job is done and charged for, it should be done. A shop that charges for a service and makes it worse is not a shop I would recommend.

Family owned and operated businesses are a cornerstone of a thriving city. Lawrence Tire & Service should be the considered the gold standard, their honesty and customer service is above and beyond. Fair rates, Saturday morning card ride back to home after card drop off to staying back 10 minutes after closing just so a customer can make it there after work are example of what service should be always about. Thank you!
