Edit: So here is the rest of the experience I had. I am going to start off with a HUGE LOVE for this shop. I am so grateful. The difference here is that the guys who work here. The owner, John, is the sweetest man. He will make sure your problems and your car are fully taken care of. He goes out of his way to help you. I had so many issues with other shops. Subaru dealers, hack jobs, and dishonesty to name a few things. My extended warranty was a hassle and I had to use my insurance to have my car towed back home just to have it accepted elsewhere due to Subaru denying it and also wanting me to pay for parts that Lee’s already properly replaced. The accident caused by someone rear ending me cost a little over $11,000. John took the labor fees off to help me out. As you can see there was A-LOT of damage. They used all OEM parts. The gentleman in the office is knowledgeable and he was the person who helped me figure out that I even had an extended warranty. Without him telling me I would have had to pay out of pocket. I do have an extended warranty making a $50 payment instead of hundreds of dollars thanks to him. Replacing a master cylinder is not work John’s shop does, however he has connections close that help out. He told me about Tyler at Probtz who is very sweet. He helped me tremendously figuring out this issue with my brakes. They are not just, “a shop.” They care, they help, they give updates and try to work with you the best they can. I have had the most horrendous time with all of this. Don’t take your car to dealerships! I knew this already but figured, why not? They’ll take care of me. From shop to shop just to have my warranty denied because the owners say so. I knew John did not do this work so I didn’t contact them about all of this. After all this nonsense then I did, I didn’t know what else to do. John sent me to Tyler as I previously said. All of these problems were solved with Lee’s. Yes, I shouldn’t have took it to a dealership, I know, I know, lol. Lee’s is the shop you want to go to. Even if they don’t do the service you need they will lead you to an honest shop that can. John is awesome and the gentleman in the office as well. My baby(subie), is like brand new. Yes she’s my baby. 😂🥰 ———————————————————————— I cannot express enough how thankful and grateful I am to have these guys in my life. Thank you! You go John! Highly recommend!!!!Excellent customer service. Kept me informed throughout the process. Dropped my car off Monday morning and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. Work looks amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smaller "mom & pop" feel shop. Everyone I worked with there was very friendly, helpful and polite. They explained the process clearly and let me know what to expect for wait and labor time too. Car came back clean and looking good as new!

Auto body repairs. They did some work for me. Very friendly, dropped me off at home and picked me up when the car was ready, repair was excellent like if nothing never happened, color matched perfectly. Will try them again.
