Legend Nissan Service

I purchased a really cute 2021 jeep renegade for my daughter for Christmas… we picked it up 2 weeks earlier and left it at my brothers house so we wouldn’t spoil the surprise. A cray or 2 after Christmas we went for a ride together and I realized the navigation system wasn’t working. I got in touch with them and service said they would send it to Jeep to be repaired ( being it’s not a Nissan) . Turns out the radio needs to be replaced for it to work and it isn’t under warranty and of course, this has to come out of my pocket because we didn’t purchase the extended warranty and the bumper to bumper warranty was expired. My frustration comes into play because we paid what they wanted for the car and their promise a thought 100,000 ( exaggerated) point inspection of every car before they sell it. The the sales manager insist that everything was fine and it must have broke on the 11 mile drive to my brothers house… because of course… no employee would ever overlook one of the functions while inspecting ( sarcasm)… in the end, they wanted to sell me a warranty to remedy the situation… which of course … it does not because I would need to spend about $1700 ish for it. So 1 star is for absolute worst service… which I won’t give… the service department people are very nice …2 star is because they are below any normal expectations of customer service…3 stars would be normal service and expectations. 4 should be above average service and experience and 5 should be outstanding… which I think most of their stars should probably fall short of. I get they don’t want to spend money to fix a car they don’t manufacture and sold second hand …. But there was NO WAY the navigation was checked before they sold it… I 100% believe either no one checked it or they sold it knowing it wasn’t working … which all they had to do before the sale was tell us… give us a discount for it and it would have been fine. Soooo that’s my experience with this 2 star dealership

I recently had my nissan Pathfinder serviced, and the staff went above and beyond. Vanessa communicated with me the whole time my truck was being fixed, just want to say Vanessa made the whole process very smooth.

Got appointment at 8am for oil change and inspection. At 9:45am I got emergency and need to leave. They said they hadn’t started the process yet and asked for additional fee to expedite it. I don’t know what is going on. They used to be quick and reliable and now they sure know how to rip off customer.

The battery on our Nissan rogue died and at the same time my husband is dealing with a critical health issue. Vinny, our hero, came to the rescue. Not only is he extremely competent but his care and determination to resolve the situation really touched us. Vinny Gianni the store manager is always very friendly and attentive to all my car service needs, he has a great team and takes the time to inform me of what is going on with my car.
