My Niece took her car to Leo's Auto repair to have the starter replaced, expecting a new part as promised by the staff. Unfortunately, She later discovered that they installed a rebuilt starter instead. When she inquired, the shop confirmed it but did not offer any adjustment or explanation for the change. This experience left her disappointed as she feels she was not given the service or quality she paid for. I’m sharing this review so other customers know to double-check if the shop is meeting their promises. I hope the business will work on being more transparent in the future, as trust and honesty are essential in auto repair.
