Les Schwab Tire Center

This shop's technicians damaged my wheels so badly (deep gouges, scratches) during a new tire install that they had to be fully replaced. I waited a week for the new wheels to arrive. I took my vehicle in to have the new wheels installed. After having my vehicle there for 3 hours, I was called and told the wheels they ordered were the wrong size. I waited another 10 or 12 days for the correct wheels to come in, so I took my vehicle there for a third time to have them installed. Thankfully this was the last and final time I had to deal with this business. The damage was so extensive, I'm actually shocked that the technician parked the car for me to pick up and thought I wouldn't notice. I was told my car was serviced by someone who is part-time and didn't have a lot of experience. They were supposed to have used a specific machine to remove the tires from my wheels, but apparently that machine was already being used by another technician. Instead of waiting, this part-time employee decided to use the wrong machine. I'm surprised that there is no supervision for newer employees who are still learning. No sort of quality control. Speaking with management and expressing my frustration with them seem to go in one ear and out the other. I've had my lawn mower serviced with more care and professionalism than was given to my vehicle. I would avoid this business at all cost, regardless of what service you are having done.

Scheduled an appointment to have a flat tire repaired. They repaired the tire and completed a tire/alignment inspection within 30 minutes. The fastest car repair service I've ever had. On top of it all, they did all this for free! Service was friendly and professional. I'll definitely be coming back to Les Schwab in Four Corners for future tire services.

We made an appointment for seasonal change and then somehow the appointment got canceled within their system. Fine, things happen. Frustrating part was that the front desk response was that we should make another appointment (month plus out) instead of working with us. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. The other annoying thing of note is that they don't do overnight drop offs for appointments. We miss Tire World at this location.

So I have had quite the summer of car issues I originally went to the Les Schwab in Bozeman I didn't know they've only been open 4yrs, it is such a joy to be treated like they know you, I had to get my car checked for a trip, I had gotten car repair, I wanted to see if indeed the work was done correctly and Alex was so helpful!! Gave me the great news car's ready for the trip (96 Toyota) so critically important to get verification on the repairs and what a wonderful thing to be able to get done !!!! They are A+ bringing back that old school work ethic mentality the days when you could go to the gas station and they would have little coloring books for the kids to color in that's the vibe I love both store's the BEST

If you’re debating which Les Schwab to go to in Bozeman look no further than this location. I brought my sprinter in for an alignment and tire balance and this crew did a great job. Normally I try to highlight an employee or two by name but it’s impossible here because they are all fantastic. The work was done perfectly and efficiently as I waited. Unfortunately within 24 hours of visiting one of my tire caps disappeared and when I came in to discuss it with them they ordered one immediately. I received a call within a mile of leaving telling me when to expect it, meaning they made it a top priority to indemnify me for the loss. I even lost a lug nut key (almost definitely lost by me, because they have their own) and when I brought it up they gave me one for free within a minute of me mentioning it. Such a dedicated and quality team at this location, which is not the experience I got at the other location in Bozeman who failed to even have my appointment logged when I showed up. I’ll definitely be a return customer next time I need tire and alignment service in Bozeman. Thanks again, keep doing what you are doing! -Zach

Careful when having them do anything other than a simple tire swap. I made an appointment for an alignment, they got it in and called me to let me know my ball joints were bad and needed replacing. I took it to another shop for a second opinion only to find that there is in fact nothing wrong with ball joints/tie rod/control arms, nothing. I was told I could not do the alignment without getting that work done. Not sure how they made that mistake, but glad I got a second opinion.
