Les Schwab Tire Center

After being told I have bad tires on my truck. I purchased new tires through these guys. Still had a bad vibration. They rebalanced the tires. Still had a bad vibration. They said it's probably the rim. At this point I felt like they were digging in my pockets so I went to Lisacs. They found about 60 stick weights stacked, also had clip weights on all four rims. Lisacs balanced my tires with just a few weights and never had an issue since. Les Schwab said they would refund me my money for the balancing. After three attempts asking when they will refund me a fraction of what I spent on everything there. I still haven't received a refund. I've spent thousands with Les Schwab. I'll never bring any of my rigs to them again.

I’ve had numerous people tell me don’t do business with them, but they’re never busy. I understand now. Spent 3k on front end work and new tires, and in under 10k miles the inside tires had warn bald from poor alignment. They refused to honor their warranty at the location. Wrote corporate and still nothing. Never going back. as of 10/30/24 I have re-submitted my complaint, will see if anything is done about it.

I purchase my tires at Les Schwab in Butte Mt. Took my car in for rotation shortly after air pressure gauge came on...taking vehicle back the next day got air pressure all figured out I let them know the right front tire the sidewall had been compromised slice on it fairly deep (tires are under warranty) I talked to 3 different employees all were rude and very disrespectful to because I needed a replacement. Done buying tires from this outfit. Better tire shops in Butte.

We woke up to a low tire, due to a screw in our tire 😥. We called Les Schwab and Debbie answered the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful 🥰 & then when we arrived, Austin checked us in, Tyler fixed our flat (excellent service) and all the employees we had contact with, were smiling and greeted us☺️☺️. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 employees all around. They also had coffee for those waiting... AND the most comfortable chairs, wow. Thank you Les Schwab🥳

Got a flat tire outside Helena heading to salt lake ..550 pm...called Caleb at Les schwab in butte, they closed at 6...we had run flat tires on the car..Caleb waited for us to arrive ...approximately 6:15, 15 minutes AFTER they were to close, he was waiting for us with a smile..that dude Saved our bacon, as we had to be in salt lake by 10 am the next morning for a wedding..this kid Caleb...gave us the absolute Les schwab service and we are so glad to say they are OUR tire company..Caleb...thank you , you truly truly made our night !!! Thank you thank you

Huge S/O to Nate at Les Schwab with the Butte location for taking care of me! Nate took care of my Impala and found potential future issues as well. Nate would check-in and give me updates, asking the important questions (cost, parts, etc.), which was greatly appreciated. My biggest thanks to Nate is the fact that he was personable and patient. Thank you for trying your best to save me money and taking care of my impala! Thanks Nate and the Butte Crew! Les Schwab has been my go-to place for a couple years now. The Butte location, although small, always delivers. You won’t find a place that is more custom care centered and affordable.
