Level 10 Transmissions

2014 Toyota Tundra Extremely happy with the service here. I was recommended here by a friend but I know Level 10 has been around since I was a kid. All of the employees were extremely nice and seemed very knowledgeable. I came in for a fluid change and brought my own fluid. I was nervous that they might accidentally do a flush or forget to use my fluid but neither happened, and they even put the leftover back in my truck. Little things I know but they add up to me. Pat took me out into the shop to see the fluid condition as they drained it(good news there). I also got a tune done at his recommendation which absolutely transformed the way the truck drives, and was EXACTLY what I had been looking for. Shifts are perfectly on time now, no hunting for gears, no throttle lag, etc. And it was cheaper than comparable tunes I've been looking at online. Overall extremely impressed with my experience and will absolutely be going back for any future needs.

Had my truck in for the 10r80 to get “built”. I had a conversation with Pat making sure he was confident and building the transmission because the truck does have a whipple supercharger. I was told no problem and he rambled off a bunch of parts he was going to upgrade a long with a Billet Torque converter, cooling mods, and clutches. I attached a picture of what came out, that doesn’t look billet to me. Seems like I have been lied to. The transmission lasted no longer then the stock one because it was rebuilt to stock not “Built”. Basically feel like I was stolen from if I’m told I’m paying for these nice parts and they aren’t there.

After my transmission died I sent Level 10 my supercharged AWD 2005 Honda Element all the way from Texas. Both Jay and Pat were very helpful in answering my many questions regarding their high hp transmission build. They both rebuilt and beefed up my auto transmission and differential. They also upgraded my torque converter, valve body, and weak links with billet internals, extra. My torque converters stall speed was increased to 3k rpm making it even more fun to drive. My Element is shifting great and I am super happy. Pat seems to genuinely care about his customers and their builds. He seemed to appreciate my Element and joked with me after my car left their shop saying, “I didn’t want to give it back”! If you are on the fence like I was for a while about such a big investment, just do it. Rest assured they are legit and will take care of you.

They fully understand both the mechanical and electronic requirements of these units and assure they are properly integrated to ensure excellent performance. This includes coding of electronic modules, selecting the correct torque converter, updating/upgrading valve bodies/electronics etc. In addition, the team was polite/courteous, took the time to answer any questions I had and fully explained the work performed. I bought their transmission in the year 2020, my 2015 Nissan Titan has a Level 10 transmission of 1,000 hp, I highly recommend it, it's all in great condition and still very strong and powerful, two or even three times stronger than the original transmission, the gear shifts are excellent, you can feel the power that this transmission has.
