Unreal experience here. They had my truck for over 80 days to diagnose a straightforward oil leak that to lead to engine replacement. There was no parts backorder or anything to blame on here. Communication with this dealer is non existent. Over 80 days and I received 3 phone call updates and 1 text. To top it off after all this time I receive the truck back with loose bolts and leaking fuel. No pride in their work, straight up hacks here. Go anywhere else

In search of Ford performance part. On back order virtually everywhere. Lucky to locate at Levittown. Associate was nice enough to hold their last piece as I'm about an hour away. Online price $48. Upon arriving and checking out I was charged $63. When questioned price, was told that's the internet price and could not be matched (from same company). I asked what the difference was - I can order online, pay the lower amount, but not get the part until a few days. I'm standing there ready to buy? Needless to say I paid the "in person" and got my part. Very cool looking!

Usually, I always come home extremely unhappy with my experience. But I keep going back. This time, thankfully, I had a pleasant experience. I hope the work was done correctly, im not going to go under the hood and inquire, however, the customer service was so much better than prior visits. Steve was great, I waited for my vehicle, he said about 2 hours, and sure enough, I was on my way home in 2 hours. They had my car running so it would be warm when I got in, it was 12 degrees outside, Thank you Steve and the rest of the folks that helped out.

Had a great experience with Ford, very professional. Service advisor Anthony Gallo went above and beyond to keep me informed of what was going on. Diagnosed and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend this Ford service station to others. Sal Lima

Waited 5 hours at the service center before my car got looked at. I was 47 miles from home and was told by the service manager they had no loaner vehicles available. It was to far to UBER home. I was lucky I got to talk to Jay and Janet Wilheim the loaner car coordinator and they were wonderful. Janet managed to get me a loaner and Jay ran back and forth to get stuff from my car. Janet was able to turn a frustrating day into a GREAT customer experience. Thank you Janet and Jay for all your help!!!! Update: Hello, Honestly the customer service was awful. The service agent was short tempered and not helpful. It took almost two weeks to get my car back and I still have an issue with the engine running rough. I had it looked at by my mechanic and he diagnosed it as the motor mounts, but you tech fixed a suspension part which did nothing to smooth out the engine. On top of all that, your service center removed a set of luggage nuts i paid $300 and replaced them with a set which i was promised by sales when I purchased the car in August.  I told your service team to just leave them in the car and leave my parts on but you tech threw them out. I had to argue that I was due a refund for my parts but only received a partial refund not covering my cost. I will be posting this on Google and yelp shortly.
