Cory of Lexus of Omaha is exceptional!!! I’ve dealt with Lexus of Omaha for almost 20 years and have always had more than excellent care. Each service agent covers for each other if your specific agent is tied up with another customer. But I’ve Always been with Cory! He’s Polite, thorough, knowledgeable and I trust his advice on my car. He truly gives you personal care for your car, regardless of the auto’s service needs. Cory makes sure all of my car’s service needs have been met & explains things clearly. I had my rear view mirror put back on and Nick was awesome!!! He was very polite and kept me informed because my RX300 is 25 years old and the glass guy hadn't had to deal with a mirror like mine it took a little longer but kept everything as said as far as price. Ty so much!!!!

Great service! I was driving my son home from having surgery when I noticed the tire warning light on. Thankfully, we were a few miles away from Lexus of Omaha. I was immediately taken care of even though I had no appointment. To keep my son comfortable, they allowed him to stay in the car resting while fixing the tire. I'm extremely appreciative of their thoughtfulness and excellent care to get us back on the road. #lexuscustomer4life

Always great working with Lexus. Needed some bodywork due to an accident and new tires - worked with Jesse. Lexus gave me an RX for about a week and a half until the work was done and they worked with my insurance company. Start to finish great experience.
