Liberty Auto Parts - New & Used Auto Parts NY

Total scam. The company said it is ordering my parts 1.) they placed wrong ordered 2.) takes more than 3 weeks. I did not even see my part yet. 3.) no body is accountable for check the the status of parts. I just don't know how this business is run? Meanwhile I cannot fix my car because I don't have my parts. It is total waste of my time! Highly NOT recommended!!!

RUN as fast as you can! 🚨🚨Scammer Alert! They took my credit card payment and when I disputed the charge with my credit card company Liberty Auto Parts FORGED my signature to provide a receipt which ELI had ripped up when I returned the part they gave me because it was the wrong part. They took back the part and my money. I tried to speak to the owner “John” but he’s never around and no one provides his phone number. Anytime you visit the store there are people there following up on parts they paid for and have not received or have been already scammed out of their money. The community is hurting with businesses like these that scam people out of their hard earned money. It’s time we stand up - reach out to me for more info.

They took a deposit from me to order a part and never delivered. After one week they are still giving me the runaround about my refund. The salesman Eli keeps telling me to come back when the owner is there. I’m very disappointed and frustrated at the same time. The guy at the counter said that he was trying to get in touch with the owner but since last Thursday I am still waiting. No refund yet I am standing inside of the store and no one seems to know what’s happening.

Scam. Do you want to lose your money or your time? This is an excellent place to make you lose both things. They receive your money even if they don't have the piece you are ordering and then they tell you to return the next day 😂😂😂😂 that's where the mockery and the theft begins because they don't return the money or give you the piece they only give you a credit to buy more things that they don't have and so they continue until you wear out tired, horrible.

Worst place ever, I’m running around since Monday that’s 6 days now to get a fuel pump I paid for in full. Eli keep lying all the time to give him until the next day and can’t get my part up to now but I won’t let it slide I’ll take necessary action no standard or respect for customer losers and scammers.
