I want to take a moment and thank Alberto for assisting me regarding my Jeep recently. Apparently due to the extremely cold weather my battery needed a Jump. Alberto arrived right on time and quickly solved my issue. Overall, absolutely phenomenal service. Alberto was knowledgeable, resourceful, professional and patient. Thank You!!

I didn’t get anyone’s name, but everyone on their team that fetched me after I called AAA following a flat tire was top notch. Everyone from the gentleman that met me on the side of the rode to the manager and technician that serviced my tire was the perfect balance of customer service, no nonsense business and straight to the point which was excellent. They got me back on the road before the car had a chance to cool down. There are several shops on the same street so make sure you enter the right one. You can easily find the wrong shop as there are several tire shops adjacent to each other so I included their store sign.

Very kind workers, good at diagnosing problems, however overpriced. Called AAA, sent a tow truck from Liberty Bell, the driver sold us on going to this mechanic by mentioning we didn't have to follow the truck, we could just head home, which at midnight and after 2 hours of waiting on AAA seemed like a dream come true, as well as stating we'd get a 10% discount. They stated that they get their stuff from a premium seller which would explain the prices, however they left their computer on, visible to clients, which showed the cost of the items and that they were going to be ordered from advanced auto parts. I couldn't afford their prices and had my car brought to a mechanic that I've been to before and they charged just a third of what Liberty Bell wanted to charge and had the car ready to go within a few hours after opening. I will mention again that they are kind workers, and helpful in that matter; just charged a lot more than what I could afford.

This was the worst experience I ever had to deal with with a shop. First the chargers my fiance $200.00 saying they diagnosed her car, then when we told them we would look for another shop they put the car on the street and tried to charge her an additional payment when we had AAA picking the car up of $150.00 and when I asked for the print out of the diagnostic that they claimed they did and charged us for they refused to give it us. Then didn’t want ti give the key back so I had to call the police. All of these reviews are fake and phony mines is from first hand experience! They over charge and try to take advantage of female customers that really don’t know much and are in dire distress!!

Absolute worst experience ever; this shop does not care one bit about helping the customer or fixing anyone’s car. It’s simply about money to them and a complete scam; they want you to purchase their parts only and will have you waiting forever until those parts arrive and charge you to hold the car until those parts arrive. It’s all a scam here and simply about money to them; I would not recommend this shop to anyone for anything.
