Tim, Fred, and the service team were awesome through out my entire experience. I took my mom’s car in to diagnose a problem and they kept great communication with us. We received a video from the mechanic detailing what tests were being performed and what the next’s steps were. We had our vehicle returned to us the next day as well. It’s nice to see a business as organized as this one. Everything was easy and efficient and I wish there were more business that take pride on their work as much as Clovis Nissan does. I will definitely be referring them to others. Thank you.

Every one was really friendly. My salesman was Pedro. He was really friendly and patient with us. Derek was the financial advisor and he was pretty transparent. The best one we have had, and we have bought 5 cars with different brands I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to buy a car to give Nissan Lithia of Clovis a chance… you won’t regret it

Brought my car for oil change, Fred Erese was my service advisor. The staff was friendly and helpful received my car ahead of the promised time. Fred went over the recommended services and future maintenance the car would need. I love coming to Clovis Nissan the staff is helpful and honest. I live that they provide a paper with the multi point inspection and lets me know if my car is in good shape. I trust their opinions.

It was quite unexpected that I even looked at a new car, but the salesman, Vincent was wonderful, and I couldn't pass up the offer. He answered all my questions and then some. I had just stopped to look at the Murano, but decided it was too small for my husband's long legs. I had some equity in my car, a Pathfinder, but the new ones are very different. My Pathfinder had been such a great experience, the new one was just too good to pass up. The manager was also great, answering the rest of my questions! The whole experience was great. The only thing I would change at both Nissan of Fresno and of Clovis is the music. It is too loud. When people are trying to listen to the salesman or sign paperwork, they do NOT need loud music. And with the music they do not need a TV running which they can't hear anyway. Go to the Infinity dealership. You will find elegance, soothing, quiet, and calm. They speak to you and no one is trying to listen over the TV or the music. It brings a certain relaxing experience.....and you could have that too. Music is OK, but you do not need to play it so loud. And, why turn on a TV if you can't hear it? Who needs either one when trying to buy a car! It brings negative energy. Pattern yourself after Infinity and you too will have a quality dealership that people can enjoy. The cars will sell themselves!

Fred was amazing and I always appreciate the great service here. He got me in right away and kept checking in with me until my car was ready to be picked up. My car is running great!
