Scammers not car repair shop. They proceed with any "fixes" they want on the car without calling customer in advance for price notice and agreement and then they won't let customers get their cars without paying outrageous car repair charges. This happened to me and found 2 other clients in the shop complaining about the same issue. They even blocked my phone number when I asked about reasons behind the fixed and price details. I had to call them from other phones to reach them. TO AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

I was referred to LoBaldo West Autobody by my insurance company. My experience with Lobaldo West was great since our first interaction. The team at Lobaldo West is very kind and courteous. Asrael and the crew showed a lot of patience and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I was on top of my claim, and no matter how many times I called or visited them, they always proved to be very professional and attentive. Asrael is an honest man that does not feed you any nonsense and shows that he really cares for the client's best interest as long as it's possible. The whole process was very transparent and clear. Lobaldo West did a great job with my car and now it looks brand new. I am truly grateful and happy with the results. I highly recommend them.

My entire experience here was so wonderful and seamless! Asreal was friendly, responsive and communicated with me every step of the way...and now my car looks brand new! Even getting a rental was a breeze and he took care of the whole process for me. Thank you to everyone at Lobalbo! I will for sure be a returning customer.
