Look Auto Body

I had a great experience with Look Auto Body in Campbell. First, I was startled by how much repairing my jeep would cost but when I got it back in less than a week, it was perfect. I had damage to my front end and they took care of everything so quickly. They accommodated my schedule when possible and went over and above in making the car look perfect. I really appreciated working with Joel who kept me in the loop about timing and quotes via email, my preferred method of communicating. Now, if they could just get some signage so people can find them! It's a pity that the big Babe, of Babe's Mufflers is gone now because that would have made a great landmark to identify where they are. They are worth finding!

I was skeptical at first after seeing so many 5-star reviews, but now I totally understand why Look Auto Body is so highly rated. I’m really glad I chose this shop based on the reviews and my insurance’s recommendation. Joel was amazing—this was my first accident with my Mercedes SUV (rear-ended), and I had no idea what to expect. He walked me through the whole process patiently, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable. I also really appreciated that he took the time to get all OEM parts for my car, just like I asked. It was clear he genuinely cared about my experience and made sure everything was fixed properly, even small details like calibrating the blind spot sensors. The office itself was nice too, with a fish tank and refreshments. And the front desk staff went above and beyond—before I even had to ask, they had already arranged my rental car pickup. Highly recommend Look Auto Body and Joel! The great reviews are legit.

Unfortunately I was fortunate to work with Look Autobody on three different accidents! No, I am not a bad driver, I was always hit by somebody else. That being said, Blake and his team were wonderful - particularly Joel was fantastic. He and the entire Look team were great to work with. The estimation process was easy, and once I turned over the car(s) to Joel he took care of everything! And the results were exceptional. Next up, I have a project car that I am looking forward to have Blake and his team help me with. Thank you Blake and Joel!

Excellent service as always. I have had several vehicles repaired here. Owner and staff are very professional, and the quality of work is prime. My vehicle looks brand new again for a 2015 Audi. Exceptional thanks to Joel, estimate and work order manager. Joel took great care to make sure vehicle was properly diagnosed from damage due to a possible drunk driver colliding with my parked car. He managed 3rd party repair shop to check for structural damage and wheel alignment issues, and the effort went smoothly. I am very satisfied. I will continue to use and recommend to others as long as Look Autobody the same level of customer service and repair quality.

I had an awesome experience getting my 2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid fixed by Look Auto Body. The person who helped me, Mario Ibanez, is very professional and made the process seem so seamless. I was informed that the fix would take 4 days; however, they got it done in 1 day!! In addition, they thoroughly cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle, which I didn't expect at all. The car looks brand new :) Thank you, Mario and the team, for doing an awesome job!! If you ever need your vehicle fixed, I would highly highly recommend taking it to Look Auto Body!
