Easily 5 stars, I would give them 6 if I could. I've had so many problems with other tire shops and came here based on Google reviews. I can conform the quality of work that they do is the best in the south bay area. I had them install tires, wheels and performed an alignment and my truck drives better than it was new. If you want the best technicians and the best service this is the place to come to. Don't trust your vehicle or your safety to anyone else.

These guys were great! Came in from the road with a flat tire, were able to put a new one on fairly quickly. And this was on New Year’s Eve a little before closing. Very friendly and professional. They saved me! Definitely going back for my other tires.

I hit a pot hole, my rim cracked and bent. The vibration was Un-nerving. They thoroughly inspected photographed and documented the damage. Their expertise helped me drive with peace of mind after they balanced and aligned my wheels and tires it improved so I feel safer driving my car until in get my Rim and Tire replaced next week. Our experience was very pleasant from start to finish. The person who assisted us was highly professional and demonstrated extensive knowledge about what needed to be done to our vehicle. Additionally, they gave us valuable advice, which added even more trust and value to their work. In summary, we will return as many times as possible to have our vehicles serviced here. In addition to that, they really have very competitive reasonable prices.

Made an appointment early last week to bring my car in today for some routine maintenance. The person at the front said they were fully booked and when I mentioned I had an appointment, was extremely rude, stating “didn’t I just talk to you on the phone about this??!!” He was mistaking me for someone else, but was so brash to me and gave me such a stern, unwelcoming look, that I will not be bringing my car here. Another nearby car business warned me about this place and while I have had some good experiences in the past, I am done with this place! Terrible customer service- I get having a bad day, but don’t take it out on well-intentioned customers.
