Incredible service. Had a minor issue with my friends car and her door not closing. Called him and asked if he could get us in today. Fixed the door in 15 minutes and didn't charge us a dime. Louie has that friendly neighbor feel that you can always count on. He's earned two forever customers, and many more after I tell everyone I know!!

Nothing but great things to say about Louie’s! I came in with a vision of getting the black plastic painted on my mirrors and Louie brought it to reality. Paint work is phenomenal and the friendly hospitality he delivers lets me know he’s an honest person. There’s a reason why I’ve gone back 3 times! Office and bathroom are neat and organized. Almost makes you feel at home!

Went in to get my emblem replaced on my car and there was a sensor going off, because I hit a turkey vulture lol. Luis answered the phone, I explain my situation and he was more than happy to help me out. I work full time in a doctors office so I get off at 5 when he closes, he invited me to come by the day I called him when I get off work to look at my car, staying after hours just to help me out! He explained everything that needed to be done in terms that I understood and I didn’t feel like he was trying to up sell me, which is always a relief. He told me a date he would be free to work on my car and I agreed, he got back to me the following day with the quote of how much the job was going to cost. I got to my appointment and it was super quick! He told me it would take just about a day, I dropped my car off at 9am(ish.. I am a chronically late person, I’m sorry) and he called me at 12:56pm on the dot telling me my car was ready. I told him I would be there in an hour and that was definitely a lie because aforementioned, chronically late. He was extremely understanding and I ended up having to pick up my car the next day, and he accommodated. When I went to pick up my car(my mom was my driver and we were still late, sorry again) to my surprise, he washed my car! I was so thankful, this was all around an amazing experience! I can’t thank Luis enough for communicating every step of the way, and his wife Mayra for helping me as well! Great team you guys have and I’ll be recommending Louie’s Kustoms to anyone looking for autobody work.

Louie did an extraordinary job, fixing the dent on my Audi, the paint job was impressive. He did all that on very short notice as well! An amazing and worry free experience. Really cleaned up the car as well before handing it over. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely did an excellent job. Very efficient and informative. No complaints, went in to have my front bumper fixed . Luis and the team did beyond an amazing job! Great customer service skills. Quality work completed on vehicles. Also they Cleaned inside and out of my Van . :) Definitely recommend Louie’s Kustoms Shop for your vehicle needs! .. Thank you thank you thank you !
