This is the worst Love’s I’ve ever been to in terms of mechanics. I asked the cashier or manager, who is short and has blonde hair, about a tire pass, and she said I would need to wait 4 hours. She said it sarcastically because she knows we can’t wait that long. There was no one working at that moment, and it was clear they didn’t want to help me either. I hope they replace these people with workers who truly want to work and help truckers because here, you practically need to come with your truck on fire to get any attention.

It seems like management doesn't read reviews at all.All these idiot mechanics need to be fired.These are lazy slackers. It is not clear what they get money for. Don't waste your time on these idiots, better contact the TA service opposite.(What did I do after waiting 5 hours for replace two filters..) Good luck to everyone on the road and stay away from such "professionals".

One of the better Loves I've been too...I docked them 1 star due to the typical idiot truckers who ruin it for everyone else

Need one valve stem replaced. 2nd in line behind a single tire change at 4:15 am. 9:30 am they finish my valve stem. No road calls or any other jobs done in between. Over 5 hours to change a tire and then replace a valve stem on a different tire.

Good luck getting work done here. I checked in at 6:30 pm on Sunday for tire service. They said it'd be a 5 hour wait. It's now 1:30 am on Monday. The number of trucks ahead of me keeps changing, and it doesn't seem the shop is doing anymore work tonight. There's a guy on duty, but he's disappeared.
