I had a vehicle they were not familiar with (bus). They did a great job of listening, as I have over 50 years experience with these vehicles. They were very helpful with our road Hazzard damage, and allowed us to stay in lot while we waited for parts.

We needed an emergency tire repair on our rental RV so that we could continue on our journey to Las Vegas to catch a flight back to England. Good service even if they are short staffed and wait times can be a bt excessive at times. They do there best and as long as your decent with them they are great. Now I have seen some who are rude to them or demanding and that never goes well

Having been first in line for now 7 hours waiting and continue to be told I’m next in line. There’s not a truck in the bays, the hog behind desk claims for the last several hours that her tire guy is on road call. I’ve watched the service truck leave, come back with food in hand an hour later. No ones on road call, they have their trucks parked right up front. I don’t know why people insist on being liars and ruining this business. I just need two tires but I may limp it to the freeway and call for a road service!

Mechanic name is MARK he so friendly and he doing good work i have 2 truck front of me but when he see the both truck not in shop then he said bring your truck in lube and he will fix and he doing inspection my truck
