Be aware of these fraudsters. We took one of our cars to Gintaras (LT MAX AUTOMOTIVE) and he suggested that engine for our Lexus is bad, we need new engine, alternator, computer etc. After repairing our car for 5 months, he said "engine replaced, alternator done, he is almost done with a car that is running already but still need few things". we suspected something is wrong here because every other day when I called the shop and talk to Gintaras he most of the time were drunk already by 5pm it was hard to understand him. We decided to take our car back even it was not "complete", obviously I had to pay invoice of $11,221 in order for him to release a car. After we took a car to Lexus authorized dealer - we were shocked a day later when service advisor called and said that NONE of these parts including engine were replaced and car still has original parts. Pretty much nothing was done to the car except few small things! When contacted LTMAX on the issue, Gintaras told me "he was on vacation that week, when engine was replaced and that employee who did that no longer with a shop". Police report made, attorney involved. Be aware of these scammer, think TWICE before you take your car to this shop.

I caught a nail in my tire, I went to Wolkswagen Dealership first, they tried to push a completely new tire on to me for a premium price using Flat Tire safety nonsense as a selling point. Basically they wanted to trick me, this wonderful person spoke up and invited to fix the tire at his service location, the tire was completely undamaged - unlike VW experts said, nail was removed, and seal put in place, tires were balanced properly and mounted back. Great work. I really appreciate this work as the people in Volkswagen literally took me for a fool that i thought its an easy fix. And this service team proved them wrong. Thank you.
