Extremely satisfied as another shop was way off on their diagnosis of a vibration in my truck. I am glad I went to Luke's to get the issue diagnosed correctly and save me money from what someone else said my turbo on my 2016 F150 was bad. Turbo was fine.. Luke's basically tuned up the transmission and the vibration is gone and truck is shifting super smooth! Betting it will also save on fuel with the better shifting and zero vibration. Overall I was expecting to be paying for alot more and was relieved at the price I was quoted. Super excited! I am still waiting to feel a vibration because I was getting used to it but I am sure it is gone for good! And I still have money left over for my last minute Christmas Shopping!🎅

Luke’s fixed a hose issue caused by another shop - was in for a routine oil change. They called me right away to discuss the issue and ordered the new parts ASAP. Excellent service all around!!! Highly recommend Luke’s.

We were visiting my daughter and her family in Onalaska WI and on the way down our front tire on our car started to wobble. My family there took their cars to Luke's so we went there on Monday to see if they could fix it. They had an opening on Friday and got it in and fixed it. Great service and very happy with the cost. While there we had them put on 4 new tires as well. Needed for the winter. Friendly and the car has been good since.

Not even the dealer would touch the issues I was having because they were too "odd" and wasn't a straightforward job. And honestly, I'm glad they wouldn't as they probably would have totaled it or just rage quit in the middle of the job. It truly was a novel issue and apparently now I'm the precedent in some national database for future issues like this (neat *eye roll*). That said, Luke's internal and external networks of people who actually enjoy what they do and love challenging repairs dove in head first and, while it still wasn't cheap, it was likely thousands less than it would've been at a dealer or less experienced shop. I've been taking mine and my wife's vehicle here for about a year now. It's nice knowing when we take our vehicles there that we have peace of mind in knowing they will be looked through thoroughly to ensure our safety and our vehicles longevity and any repairs done are done correctly the first time! They won't mislead you on anything with your vehicle. They tell you what you need to do and when approximately.
