Exceptional Service from Luxury Auto Body!!! After someone hit my brand new car, thankfully I was recommended to Luxury Auto Body for the repairs. From the moment I reached out, their team was incredibly responsive and professional. They got to work right away, provided me with a rental, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, even walking me through the insurance claim. Within a week, the repairs were completed with all new parts, and my car looked as good as new. Additionally, when Allstate refused to provide a new rim, Justin made sure I got the replacement I needed. He truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was right! After getting my car back, I noticed a persistent alarm issue. I called Justin and brought the car back the very next day. He went above and beyond to get it fixed. Even though Audi was unable to resolve the problem, Justin carefully diagnosed and repaired the issue himself. Later that same day, my car was returned to me in perfect condition with the alarm completely fixed. No back-and-forth, no hassle—just excellent service. The professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident every step of the way. If you're looking for a reliable, top-notch auto body shop, I could not recommend Luxury Auto Body enough!!!!

To be honest I've never had to visit an Auto Body shop before. With that said I'm glad I went to Luxury Auto Body LLC. The work that was done was great!! A++. The two reps that I interacted with, Mr. Justin and Ms. Kenya were professional and informative. They even looked out for my five year old that was with me. I tell you l, you won't go wrong doing business with them. The owner, Mr. Alex, was God sent. I say that because of his personality and also because he was there when the accident occurred and took care of everything! A big thank you to them! This review doesn't do justice to the work and experience but it's the least I can do. The most I can do is refer you (the reader) and anyone else I encounter on the Island that needs work done. I will forever speak highly of you gentlemen and ladies of the shop. God bless you all! God is good all the time and all the time God is good. The car looks like it did before the accident Maybe even better. I had both doors on the passenger side replaced. Front bumper and right headlight replaced as well. Have a wonderful rest of the year. I was referred by a friend. Best thing he could’ve ever done! This company Amazing!!!! Hands down. Work was beyond perfect. I thank all the staff for their greatness!! Very grateful to them.
