M & D Tire & Automotive Repair

Have been to M&D twice in the past month for various things. So impressed with the customer service (Amy and Keith were great) and the care and concern they provide when dealing with all cars that come through the shop. They are super busy but service and pricing are the best I’ve seen! Totally recommend!

I wish I could say something better than I am about to because all I wanted was my vehicle repaired. I knew the original Otar owners, and I also know the family that now owns this place for years. My Pathfinder stopped running, there was concern that someone put something in my gas tank, so i brought it to my friends at M & D tire. They gladly took it in and started working on it. Then the called me when it was ready and it broke down 10 minutes after I paid for the repair and drove off. We brought it back, gave them more money, and didn't hear from them in over a year. Then they call me to let me know that they were wrong, and that it needs a new engine. My family couldn't afford to invest more money into this vehicle, and they called soon after and told me that if I wasn't going to replace the engine, that I need to pick it up. I had it picked up and brought to my house, and was planning on junking it. M & D Tire had ripped my exhaust system out for some reason and laid it on the back seats of the vehicle, damaging the vehicle even more. I brought my vehicle to them because it wouldn't start and they destroyed my vehicle interior. Then my neighbor, a home builder, said him and his son needed a project, so we made a deal for him to purchase it for a little above the junker amount. I gladly accepted the offer. Within a day, they had the vehicle running without any mechanic tools. A short time after they had it ready for a new inspection. I don't know why Keith and Amy would do this to me and my family, but they ripped us off, lied to us about the repairs, and hurt us in an irreparable manner. They kept our vehicle for years, charged for repairs that weren't needed, and then made a false diagnosis about what my vehicle needed to run again in the end, trying to rob us again and again. Terrible life experience.

Great experience getting new tires and wheels installed. Friendly, courteous and completed the job in the allotted timeframe. This was my third experience with them - highly recommended.

I’ve gone here for years because I trust them and always have a good experience. They have fair prices and seem to be honest and patient whenever I ask them questions about my car’s service. Usually I’ll just wait in the waiting room during my appointment because they’re always efficient (and they have cute dogs who sit in the waiting room with you). 10/10 experience every time, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Tonya is always super nice and helpful. Kurt’s awesome too! Honest mechanics are hard to find, these guys are great and pricing is always fair. I get my oil changes here and some brake maintenance etc
