Couldn’t say enough great things about this company. They did a fantastic job on our dump truck build. High quality dump body with a high quality installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truck body.

While I have not yet been to this location, when I sent an email inquiry, I was called immediately the very next day with a very helpful gentleman. I shared that I saw their product being used by a very well known and professional Equine Transport company that I had seen in Lexington, KY. Once that Equine Transport company purchases an EBY horse trailer, they NEVER get rid of them. So that's all I need to know about this product. I am hoping to go view some of their trailers at the West Jefferson, OH location on Dec 26, 2016. I will update a review once I have visited them in person.....and hopefully drive off with a new trailer!

These people gave me the worst service I have ever encountered from anyone ever. When I made the call to purchase a trailer from this company I was immediately greeted with a bad attitude "HOW CAN I HELP YOU JESUS CHRIST!!!" was the first thing I heard when they picked up the phone. I ended up purchasing a gooseneck from EBY despite the poor and rude sales staff. I had eventually got my trailer and it broke down later that same week. I had bought the 10 year warranty and they still refused to fix my trailer. The roof was all crooked and the walls started separating from the damn thing and they immediately accused me of tampering with it when it was the piss poor construction of the trailer that was at fault. They made racist comments about me and my handling of the trailer and refused to repair it. I have NEVER come across a company that was this uncaring about their customers EVER. I will not be returning back.

Stay away! Bought a 2015 featherlite stock , Mark Cobler totally misrepresented it. I arrived after a long drive as they were closing so didn't check it out as I should .just to list a few ! Broken welds through out the trailer. Breaks locked up in the way home, ruining two tires. Doors all bent and missing plastic slides on the walk throughs. Wiring needs to be replaced. Door latches broke and bent. Already put $2,000.00 in to it and have yet to repair welds! Could have purchased a brand new trailer;(
