I always receive fast, courteous and fair service there. As a woman, it can be difficult to be treated fairly by mechanics. I have been going there for about 10 years now. Three cars. I go there instead of dealerships, and despite warranties, because I know that only the necessary repairs or maintenance will be performed.

Our Family has been coming to Jerry for a very long time, with many different cars over the years and will continue to come to him, he is an upstanding and honest man in our community. He is mentoring the young men who work for him well, I appreciate that about Jerry, he is training the next generation of mechanics and service writers. Luis his Head Mechanic is top Notch and so knowledgeable and kind. I have watched Kyle be trained by Jerry from being a greenhorn to a well versed knowledgeable, caring service writer and Manager. Jerry stands by his workmanship, I consider Jerry is a friend and someone I can trust. I have referred many friends and family to M&N and will continue to do so. Jerry is very personable and calls me before any repairs are performed, this past time Jerry said my truck would be done before lunch and he called me at 1145 to tell me it was ready. Jerry really knows vehicles of all makes and models.

I have been coming to M&N for auto repair for some 13 years. Over that time period, it had the owner, me mechanics, and service writers. They do great work. They warranty their work and the price is fair, and much lower than any car dealer. I trust their work, and keep coming back.

I used to really trust and love this mechanic shop, I brought my challenger and 350z here and was always satisfied! Until I tried to bring my 1995 4runner in for a diagnostic and possible repair. I first called made the appointment told them the year, model, what i think the problem is etc, I showed up and it was like the call never happened, I drove on a check engine light to get there and they made me drive back because they refused to even look at the vehicle or take it in, i was given excuses of it being to old or they dont know how to work on it? A 4 runner which is far more simple than my 2023 challenger? Honestly very disappointed and I wont be returning to this shop

My daughter’s Hyundai was stolen and not recovered for 6 weeks. This happened during a time that she did not have full coverage insurance. They stripped many engine parts but left the body and interior in tack. We took it to the dealership and was quoted an astronomical amount to fix. We thought we were going to have to junk the car. I found Jerry and his team at M&N, and based on his great reviews we took it to him. He made it affordable to fix her car. He worked with us and gave us the best price possible. I am very grateful and the car runs like new. M&N was a blessing in a bad situation. We are forever grateful for them for working with us.
