My car hit the metallic curb by wood haven blvd , damaging my rim & tire with wear and tear , upon driving for a while received notification of tire pressure : Add Air , I drove to this place to get it checked , the guy looked at my tire information and told me I need to get the rim , I questioned on how about the tire 🛞, in that case tire is good he checked on if there any air leaks within the edges , it was all good , he helped me to partial mend the rim , get me back on road I end up paying for his service as well tipped him , since he checked on my car and got me back safely on road

Not even the weather stop this guys from working it was Sunday evening I got a flat and this one was the only one open it was raining a kind young man help me he’s name was felix I was honest he didn’t overcharged me like the guy before charge me$80 for a use a use tire that was only $50 thank you felix for your service you the best there

So far so good and this review is solely based on my own experience. I stumbled on this place by accident, not by recommendation, because I couldn’t make a left turn on flushing ave out of the Chase parking lot. I was planning on surveying the Flushing Ave strip for pricing. My regular mechanic told me that my front tires where due for a change but he’s ridiculously overpriced. Enter KM solutions. Felix quoted me a VERY reasonable price (mounting included) and $10 each tire for balancing. He’s been here two years, the business 16. In and out in 30 minutes. Thanks Felix!!

Quick service, open day and night. I had been there several times already, last time three days ago because of a flat tire. The guy put a plug in it and I was ready to go. I wanted to make him happy therefore I left him a nice tip. Today I had a flat on the same tire. I went back, same guy, he put the tire in a tub and figured out it was the valve. When he was done with the job, I asked him how much I owed him. As last time, he said $10. I told him: Listen, I dont expect you to work for free. Three days ago, when you fixed my tire I left a $10 tip on a $10 charge . Even if you said you dont ask money now, I would have left some. But if you put my tire into that tub after fixing the hole last time, you could have figured out there was trouble with the valve and you would have saved an extra run for me and standing in line again. What he told me was the worst answer ever: "Really? I dont remember you." ... Which may be possible, but I dont think to many customer leave the same amount tip what they charge for the service. If you need a tire servive in the weekend, at New Years Eve, or in the middle of the night, you can go there, but there is no reason to leave a tip. He isnt gonna remember you.

I went in for a simple plug and the employee fixed the tire. Did not even bother to check his work or make sure the origin of the leak was that area. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.
