Steve and The Entire Team at M- Spec Performance went above and beyond to bring my dream car back to life. Steve and the entire M spec team at Lindenhurst location were amazing. I have absolutely no words for them tearing apart this car and brining my vision to life, from the new clutch / and upgraded Fly wheel and full stage 2 build. Tackling every step of the process logged with detailed pictures and full in depth, diagnostic explanations as well as Master mechanic Pete. I truly can say that my car is safe , and fully inspected and registered after a year of problems and shops all across the island. Steve and the M spec team will forever be the ones to work on this vehicle and they went above and beyond any shop I have ever been to. Specialty European Auto enthusiasts and A++ the way the entire process was handled from the moment that I stepped foot in the shop. I was treated with extreme professionalism. The entire website and communication of M- Spec is second to none. Amazing digital communication. Other shops and business should take note and follow their lead. I’m forever happy with the entire process, and service highly Recommended!!! Treat others how you wanted to be treated. Blown away with Customer Service.

No words for my Experience. I had my car a 2004 Mercedes E320 towed into the location after losing faith in Mechanics and Auto repair shops in general. I read about 3 reviews of The M-Spec family and decided to give them an opportunity to bring my faith back into Auto Repair shops. I called and spoke to Steve .I let him know my cars radiator was recently “repaired “ and I just didn’t feel right about driving it as fluid was still leaking. Never being at the location before he side bring the car in. I told him I was uncomfortable driving it in and would get it towed he said no problem . Steve said when your car gets here we will go over it send you a health check and images and go from there. Just as stated I soon received images and full report of my car fully detailed explanation of suggested repairs with images . I was able to accept or deny every aspect of the work needing to be performed to get me back on the road safely. They let me knwo it could be a couple days since it was late evening after the diagnoses and my accepting the fees. I had no idea I would have y car the next day . What a blessing finding my New family the M-Spec family. I came here from a review it was only fair I spread the good word. Honesty, Pricing , Integrity they really don’t make shops like this anymore. Thank you for giving me the confidence to get back on the road in my E Class.

The staff at M Spec makes the customer feel comfortable putting their vehicle in their hands! They run in depth diagnostics and pinpoint the exact issue with your car. I just had work done for the first time, but they have a customer for life with me! Trustworthy and mechanic isn’t a term I have used often. These guys can be trusted to take the best care of your foreign. I still have more work to get done! I will be right back after the holiday! Thanks Steve!

Prompt. Precise. Professional. I brought in a 2021 MB AMG for an oil change and brake fluid flush. No wait time since I had an appointment. Steve and Pete were super easy to talk to vs other average performance shops where the staff is usually attitude filled and think they know it all. the shop is well equipped and clean. I was able to attend meetings in a quiet office while they worked on the car. Prices are reasonable for the service they provide. I’ll be going back for future maintenances and down pipe upgrades.

I love my Mini Cooper but unfortunately have had my share of run around with service needs from dealers to local shops. Recently, I thought a simple brake job could be done right by one of the chains known for doing just that - brakes and tires. Long story short, I was wrong. Knowing that my car needed help from QUALIFIED technicians, I took my car to M-Spec. I received absolute top notch service where they took the time to clearly and concisely show me what issues existed with my car, what I needed as well as outlining the difference in quality parts they use vs. others. The entire team were friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about not just cars, but also their customers. I felt completely confident leaving my vehicle in their hands, constantly communicated with and updates on my repair status (love their invoice & text communication system!). A month after getting my car back and it has not driven this good in so long! My only mistake is not going to M-Spec first. It's worth the extra time to take your vehicle here and make sure it's done RIGHT the FIRST time! My husband and I agree that going forward my vehicle is ONLY being serviced at M-Spec! Highly recommended!
