Considering the circumstances that I was broke down blocking the driveways for the TA and Love's in Santa Nella. I was actually broke down in the turn lane that at least got me off the main driving path. When the guy showed up he was super friendly and got busy preparing my truck to drag it down to Fresno. Afterwards even broke out the kitty litter and cleaned up the mess best we could as fast as we could. His professionalism was top-notch, he was super fun to watch and he didn't seem to mind me asking a bunch of stinking questions. Not that I want to break down anytime soon, but if I do I sure hope I get a guy as cool as he was.

I had 2 service calls and a tow. The staff is very personable and polite. Sam and Doug are my favorites and I'm very appreciative of their help.

Both drivers. Mobile mechanic & tow truck drivers were VERY professional. Would highly recommend this company. Got me back on the road in hrs. Unlike Kenworth would have been days.

Extremely poor service. I agreed to pay $250 with an arrival time of 60 minutes. At 50 minutes I called and was told 10 more. At 70 minutes I was told “oops we meant 45 so it will be another 20 minutes.” After those 20 passed I was told there was a delay because of rain (it hasn’t rained in weeks). Don’t was going to be 20 more. Finally after two hours help arrived. I told him to tell company I would call when I reached a gas station to discuss payment (after discount). Over the next 45 minutes I received 12 calls which I couldn’t answer as u was driving. In one voicemail I was threatened with a call to CHP ( hello…this is a contract matter; not criminal). When I got to a gas station and stopped and called to discuss a discount for their breach of contract in the delays and lies. They refused. This company is beneath any consideration for business and should be avoided.

Broken down in my RV and stranded on hwy 168. Couldn't find a tow company for 24 hours when I was recommended Express Truck Service. Tyler came out with his big tow truck, which was needed for the size of my RV. After 2 hours of getting into a position where he could finally gain access to my front tires he was able to get my RV loaded up and down the hill. Spent nearly 7 hours from start to finish and ended up having to spend the night infront of their shop because Cummings closes at 5 and it was nearly 7 pm. Much care and consideration was given to making sure my RV was not damaged and that it arrived today to Cummings. First rate operation with many great associates that helped all along the way. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable and capable at his job, not to mention just a nice guy. I would highly recommend this first class operation to everyone. Thank you for making a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience.
