Paint was great. Price was great. Nick helped us and his customer service was outstanding. Everything was good until I picked up the car and had to deal with the manager. Somehow the control panel for the driver seat positioning was broke. Instead of being apologetic and accommodating, the managers first words were "due to the age of the car, these things are not our problem". Oh and why didn't they tell me they damaged the car. I had to go back in after I paid and after I left a good review. Modifying my review now. I didn't care so much about the broken controls, but the defensiveness and lack of professionalism with the manager is just something I can't recommend. I wish Nick was there when I picked up my car. Disappointing that a good job by the team ends in a horrible exit experience. Update: I called the number in the reply and did not get the "owner" as implied. Nick answered and was polite and professional as usual but he said there is no owner here. I figured the reply to the review was automated and I was right. I saw the same copy/paste response in another review. Disappointing. The staff deserves better leadership and integrity.

Horrible experience! Took my car in for an estimate. Was told it would take 5-7 to get fixed, nearly a month later $8000 paid , I got my car back . Work was not completed correctly. Spoke to Cynthia about this issue when picking up my car and she informed me she would get back to me on correcting the issue as well as ordering the missing part at no additional charge. Still have not heard from them. Also was never given an itemized receipt. Bumper Not put together correctly, sounds like it’s going to fall off when driving. Honda emblem not put on, and huge gaps between the bumper and headlight

Horrible service. I been coming here for a few years and bow have been disappointed. Light overspray is normal and easily able to be cleaned up. All four of my wheels, brake calipers, suspension have been painted heavily, the license plate lights have been completely painted. They had me waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes as they tried to scrub the paint off one wheel just to say they are closed and for me to bring back another day. My vehicle badge is missing. Honestly your local jose or Juan could have done a better job in his garage.

I had a repaint of a Tacoma pickup When it was supposed to be ready to pick up the truck I realized the door jams were not painted as included on the estimate The additional work was completed and picked up - we later (2 days’) I learned that none of the front lights were working I called to get some help.and was met with an adamant reply of “ not our responsibility for any electrical problems” He said I should take it to an electrical shop I was able to troubleshoot the problem, on a Saturday PM, and found that MAACO had failed to re-connect any of the front light connections when putting the front bumper and trim back in place. The paint job.was good but the way the problems were handled left me an less than satisfied customer

I am very pleased with the paint job. Sebastian was very helpful, friendly and thorough. Also the lady manager was cordial and assisted in the paper work. My car looks beautiful & professionally done. I am very pleased and highly recommend Maaco in Blackstone and Herndon area. If anything, I would suggest reevaluating the policy regarding warranty for older cars. A 6 month warranty on the paint job will be most pleasing, and satisfactory to your customers instead of none. Thank you for your kind consideration to this matter.
