Excellent place to go in Costa Mesa if you need a wheel alignment. Very friendly and professional service provided by both the office staff (Larry) and the service technician. The technician also took the time to go over the printed results of the service, and explain in detail what was revealed in those results. Additionally, he made suggestions to me--in a very non-pushy way--as to what he would recommend to improve my car's performance. Very well run operation, which I highly recommend!

I recently took my car to Mac's Auto Care for an alignment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service! From the moment I walked in, Larry in the office was extremely professional, friendly, and made the whole process seamless. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Juan, the technician who worked on my car, did a fantastic job. He was thorough, efficient, and my car is now driving perfectly. It’s rare to find a place where both the staff and the service are top-notch, but Mac’s Auto Care delivers on both fronts. I got a wheel alignment done and they were really nice and efficient about everything. Would definitely go back so if you’re looking for a local shop that does honest work this is a good place. They didn’t even hassle me about tipping which a lot of other places would

I called last minute needing help with my car, I was told that they might not be able to check the car that day, but definitely the next. I was surprised to receive a call just a couple hours after dropping off my car and then was able to pick it up a couple hours later with the issue fixed. My car does have other issues and I inquired about that, but was told without a check engine light they’d be just guessing and to drive my car for a few days and see if anything changes. Other places just guess and keep charging. It was nice of them to basically tell me this before just charging for random stuff without even knowing the problem.
