Tow companies get a bad rep because of thieving aggressive lowlife thieves like the ones here. They will lie to you, to the police and rip you off to get your vehicle. I've seen them assault pepe and yell at an elderly person and lie to the police over the whole incident .THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN, INVESTIGATED AND THE GARBAGE THROWN IN PRISON FOR LIFE.

CROOKS, SCUMBAGS AND THIEVES. How is this dump of a place still operating? They need to be thoroughly investigated and shut down locked up. Extremely disrespectful, had to deal with these POS 's and while I was there one of their guys was yelling and cursing at an elderly lady. The police had to come out to deal with these tyrants and they even accused me of trying to force my way in there. They either gotta be drug crazed, on steroids or both because none of them would settle down and properly handle the release of vehicles, instead they would amp up and escalate the situation. Drivers illegally seize vehicles, overcharge and do not follow local city and state laws or regulations. Its the reason they lost a contract with Woodside Village Apartments. Sue them. They deserve to have money forcefully removed from their fingertips like they do to others. Anyone who sues, ill join it. I even have evidence of their law breaking behavior.

Towed my friend's car in a two hour parking zone when they were only parked there for an hour and a half (at most). Especially, unfair during this peak of COVID since we're all struggling to earn money/keep our employment due to jobs being furloughed.
