The placed refused to release the vehicle to a insurance tow provider at their Valley Stream location because our trucks wasn’t a New York City truck witch has nothing to do with the Situation because the pick up and drop off location was in Nassau County and not within New York City limits!! Nicole over the phone started it was a state police tow witch means it wasn’t picked up within the city limits therefore aren’t Required for a Tow medallion company to pick it up even so law state if the owner release the vehicle to their insurance company any LICENSED tow company may pick this vehicle up This tow company is just trying to rack up storage charges since the vehicle isn’t getting repaired at their body shop! Horrible customer service and Unprofessional consolida like this one make the towing industry look bad

Wow, is all I can say usually I’m upset if I have to have my car towed, but this company really knows how to make you feel OK from start to finish. Perfect. I give them an A+.

Not the usual experience with a towing company . Everyone that I spoke to was polite and respectful and the towed my car with care . Hopefully I never need my car towed again , but if I do , this is who I will be using !
