Took my 2014 jeep wrangler to them for electrical problem. Drove it there. They had it for over 2 weeks. Then proceeded to tell me I needed a new engine. So I had to pick it up and tow it to the dealership to confirm the engine. Went to find out, the guy at Macioci garage (Joey) dropped a bolt in my engine causing major damage. Once I confronted the owner he claimed it on his insurance in which they denied the claim and I’m stuck without a vehicle. Why can’t people just confess to their mistakes and fix it and make it right. I would not recommend taking a vehicle there. Dishonest people!!!

Very grateful to have found this garage. I came to them after having issues with a franchised garage trying to get out of warranty work/not wanting to put in work to figure out what was actually going on with my car. The staff at Macioci's was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They gave me honest answers when I asked their advice, gave explanations that made sense regarding work/issues on my car, were dependable and did good work, and saved me money in the process. I trust these guys.

I have been using Maciocis exclusively for well over 5 years now for vehicle repair. I have 3 older vehicles ranging from a 2005 blazer, a 2008 civic and a 2013 F150. They always get me in quickly, give me what I consider to be fair estimates and timely repairs. It's RARE, and if the problem reappears, Ray, Paul and Joey are very quick to say "bring it back in" and you are treated as a priority until your vehicle is fixed. I really appreciate Ray, Paul and Joey's customer service and skills that keep my vehicles on the road.

Great service! Fair prices! Super friendly staff (Ray)! I am truly grateful to have found Macioci’s garage. My car began to overheat and after trying to get ahold of the mechanic I have used here in Lancaster before, unsuccessfully, Macioci is the first page to pop up on my search for mechanics. I called on Thursday and at first they told me, we can’t even look at your vehicle until Monday. Maybe after hearing the desperation in my voice, Ray told me to come by the garage that day (Thursday). I needed my vehicle for Sunday so that I wouldn’t be stranded, I am an evangelist. Do you know that Ray put a water pump on my Honda Accord on Saturday (on his day off) so that I wouldn’t be without a vehicle! I am so thankful for Macioci’s Garage and especially thankful for Ray. He didn’t have to do for me what he did but I sure am glad that he did! God bless you kind sir! Shad Holley

Recently bought a 15 equinox they had put a timing chain set in. Had to have it redone, due to their lack of skill. They uses RTV where none should be used, clogging up the oil filter. The left motor mounts bolts loose,and didn't put one in. I wouldn't let them fix a bicycle tire let alone a engine
