My AWD suddenly shut off into 2WD. Took it in early at 0730 right when they opened to drop my car off. I got a rental after finding out it may take a few days. They got my car thoroughly checked out and I got a new fuel injector and new tires. Car running like new again. James was awesome and always kept me updated on the progress. Prices were up front. Amazing service. Definitely recommend.

They’re the best! If you want to know what’s really going on with your vehicle go to Mad Hatter. Very trusting, transparent and friendly service. Plus they’re locally owned! Also, if your car is getting worked on & you’re waiting—there’s a good pub next door to pass your time. They go over your vehicles visual inspection with you very thoroughly with photos at the end of your visit. Thanks guys!

My repair costs weren't as much as I anticipated PLUS they were able to get me in and out on short notice! My technician Ashton was great! He was helpful and gave me a few carvtips as well. 😁 5th star added for the excellent customer service and follow up! 😉 It really was a good vehicle repair experience! 😊

I had a newer used engine installed here, and while they did a good job with the engine itself, there were significant oversights in the reassembly process. The mechanic did not reinstall all the screws, most notably for the undercarriage and engine splash shield, and the mechanic completely forgot to reinstall the rocker floor shield. This shield protects the underside of the vehicle from damage and supports other undercarriage components. Its absence caused scraping damage to other parts when driving on the interstate within 48 hours of pickup. I now have to return to the shop so they can locate the missing parts from the trash and reinstall the parts correctly to address rubbing and dragging of other undercarriage parts. It’s concerning that such a large, necessary part such as the rocker floor shield was discarded, which should have been a clear indication that something important was missed upon reassembly. The responsibility to identify the missing parts has fallen on me as the owner, which could have been avoided with more thorough oversight and checks. This was my first experience with this company, and I’m hopeful they’ll demonstrate better attention to detail when I bring the vehicle back to resolve these issues. I will provide an updated review once the missing parts have been reinstalled and undercarriage secured correctly. On a side note, I recommend all vehicle owners take the time to inspect their vehicles and familiarize themselves with the parts to identify any issues after repairs to be able to identify missing parts upon completion of work. Without having hands-on experience myself with this vehicle and working with knowledgeable individuals on this vehicle in the past, I wouldn’t have realized screws were left off or parts were missing.
