Majestic did a great job on my E63. They fixed up some cosmetic damage and the car feels like new now. Hector was friendly & accommodating and helped me to get a good price for the work. He was also very communicative & kept me up to date with the work progress. Franco was also friendly & cool to talk to. It is difficult to find body shops that are reasonably priced and also do a good job, but Majestic Autocraft is definitely the place to go to

Majestic Auto Craft Not sure how this company has 5 stars but that’s what grabbed my attention also. PLEASE read on, because that WAS NOT my experience in the least. I went to this company not on a referral, not word of mouth, not anything other than their 5 stars on 130 reviews. As I was driving there I notice how rundown area is where it’s located but didn’t want to judge.Next I notice as I arrived that it literally looked like a junkyard inside the shop and that my car was the nicest one there and it’s a 2015 Lexus NX. I wanted to still believe that their 5 stars was legit and not just another fake reviews company so I ignored my gut telling me that this didn’t feel right, so I decide to continue in and I met with Hector. Hector didn’t say a whole lot to me at all really, I remember thinking when I left “that felt awkward” but I made sure to tell Hector very clearly that I came to them due to their 5 stars only and may or may not have them do the work and that they are ONLY to get the estimate to me and to my insurance company. Hector said “yes you have the right to take your car to another company of your choice if you want and they will not do any work on my car without my approval beforehand”. From that day on I called every single day for a week, sometime more than once a day and left up to SEVEN voice messages. They did not answer ANY of my calls nor did they return ANY of my voice messages so I called my insurance and made them aware of what was going on and that Majestic was holding my car hostage. My insurance began calling multiple times also and Majestic did not answer their calls nor return their messages either. This went on for over week, so I asked my insurance agent to go to the shop and get my car out otherwise I’m showing up with the Police. My agent went to the shop twice on two different days and their gates were shut and locked during business hours. FINALLY the owner Oscar decides to call my agent back and tells him that they already started on the work and that I gave them approval to do so. I DID NOT GIVE HECTOR NOR OSCAR approval! I literally multiple times said it from the first day when I dropped my car off to every day afterwards on all the voice messages that I left. So I call again on a different phone number that my agent gave me that he got when Oscar called my gent and I finally get an answer. The woman asks my name then puts me on a 5 minute hold to tell Oscar that it’s me calling, she says to me that he’s busy with a customer and he’ll call you back in 5-10 minutes. I told her that I’ve been calling and leaving messages now for over a week and my agent has also. She says well he’s with a customer right now”. I say “well I’m a customer also who you’ve been holding my car hostage for over a week and not answer my calls nor returning my messages and if he doesn’t call me back in 5-10 minutes then I’ll be there with the Police to get my car back”. Oscar calls me back and tells me that I gave him the authorization to work on the car and I again told him that I DID NOT. I told Hector clearly not to work on my car and I left 7 messages saying NOT to. Oscar tells me “well maybe something is happening with our phones” and “we’ve been short staffed” and more of these types of excuses. Right, well the confirmation that Majestic was intentionally not answering my calls nor returning my calls nor my agents is that they were going to charge my insurance as much as they can and do the work for as little money as they could without following any of the rules on the estimate or by communicating with me to get my approval or honoring my decision to go to another shop. Proof- the estimate Majestic wrote to my insurance stated that Majestic would be REPLACING my doors, panels, and other parts of my car and the “work” they had already started WITHOUT my approval was that they had started patch work and repainting on my doors INSTEAD of replacing them which is what the estimate calls for. So I would have have a repair job when they were charging for a replace job on my car. This place is super shady!

From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. I got into a accident back in August and these guys took good care of me. Not only did they give me a free tow but they also let me keep my car there for free no charge at all. I recommend this place 100 percent! You guys are amazing.🙏💘

Best customer service there is at Majestic. Oscar and his team are very helpful and made my car look brand new with a fresh paint job on my door handles and side mirrors. Will definitely be my go to spot if needed for my car. You won’t regret taking your car here. Thank you Oscar!
