Nov 2024 This dealer service place is the world excellent service place I ever been with in NYC. It was a time for my oil change and it was easy appointment then when I got there, they knew what I wanted to do with my car. For oil changing, Tires rotation and regular check up, all took around hour and few minutes. They had a guest room that I can sit but sadly no restaurant or place around the area that I can chill out. Anyway I already knew about it since I visited couple times so I bought my power bank and headphone or my laptop to work during waiting time. I really want to say their service is super friendly, professional, work with heart, warm welcome in every worker from the front thought the end. in 2023 I made appointment before I go. It was rainy day and no store or anything nearby, so I had to wait in the waiting area. Everything was good, service, staff and mechanic are very nice. I have no problem at all.

I brought my car in around Nov 25 because there was a li g ht on the dash. After two days of looking at my car CS told me that my steering rod was bent. it is $3335 to replace. I then went to my insurance they were speaking to CS and regarding payment. I gave go ahead to fix they needed to order parts. SO SPEED UP TO TODAY Dec 13 and I still don't have my car.
