SHORT REVIEW. Unprofessional, bad organization and time management! Don't keep their word and their dishonest. Not enough mechanics for the workload. Your car won't be worked on in the order in was received. They don't answer their phone!! LONG REVIEW.👇🏾 He looked at my vehicle for free and test drove it which was nice. But at the same time if it was fully inspected and properly diagnosed, I could have got my work done all at once (suspension work) instead of coming back a few days later because it's making a new noise. My car sat there for a week not being touched and when I said I was coming up there to pick up my vehicle because I have things to do they rushed the job. He said he had a hard time getting my parts and he lost money because he didn't know that my parts cost so much. I feel like that was just a tactic! On top of the suspension work I purchase four used tires from them. He told me he would blow out my AC and change the filter because a lot of white powder was coming out the vents. When I told him white powder was still coming out and I mentioned him saying he was going to blow out the vents he said "I don't know how I would be able to blow out the vents" All of my lug nuts needed to be replaced on my vehicle! They put back old lug nuts and found some old ones around the shop and the last lug nut had some type of weld some type of makeshift nut (it was rigged!) He told me he only had three used tires I will have to come back for the fourth one. I came back every few days for a month. Each time I came back it was always some excuse. And instead of calling I had to drive up there because no one answers the phone! A week after I got the suspension work it started making a lot of noises on one side of the tire that wasn't replaced. After month he said the tire came in and when I took it up there to get it they DIDN'T have it! So instead they thought they would appease me just by rotating my tires to see if that sound would go away but unfortunately because they put bad lug nuts on my vehicle they wasn't able to get some of my rims off! The wife said they've been having a hard time finding used tires. So Malek said they were going to buy me three new ones and just replace those since I've waited so long to get my tire replaced! 2 months later they're working on my vehicle to replace the tires and they had to damage two of my rims just to get the lug nuts off. The wife asked me if I took it someplace else since it's been there? It seems like she was putting the blame on me instead of taking accountability for the rig job they did on my lug nuts. My fiance had to drive up there twice to check on my vehicle. It was just sitting there and it was done and I never got a phone call to come pick it up! When I got there it looked like they just replaced one tire!! when they said they were giving me three new ones. Mind you I didn't ask for three new tires this is something they offered because of everything I was going through. When I told her I only saw one new tire on there she said that "they had to buy two used rims And they lost money" "And originally I only bought used tires". If they did the job correctly the first time they wouldn't have lost money and I don't think that's something they should tell a customer and if you told the customer you're giving them three new tires then they should stick to their word instead of trying to recoup the cost of money they lost. Not my fault They did offer a vehicle after a month but I declined because I wanted to drive my own vehicle. The lady in the office never seems to know what's going on!! I literally have to go find Malek to ask. I think if he would have called and let me know I needed new lug nuts I could have paid for them and a lot of this could have been avoided. Not to mention their lack of communication, unprofessionalism and not to mention I got the runaround for almost 2 months. I feel like they're not totaly honest and tell people what they want to hear just to buy more time. If you go there I would suggest recording everything.

This guy is amazing. He will attack your vehicle issue until he finds the solution. He’s very fair and honest with his pricing.

My wife hit a deep pothole with her car and damaged the subframe. Brought it here because of the good reviews. He inspected the car and asked if I was going to use insurance. I said No because of the high deductible so it was going to be an out of pocket expense. He took my number and told me he was going to call me back with a quote. I sent him a text reminder the next day, making sure he had my number correctly but no reply. It has been a week and completely ghosted. So basically this place is just another greedy mechanic, well ..technically a part swapping worker where they want to make some quick profit without much effort…

Just an oil change this time (with top off fluids etc.), but Malek is my regular mechanic. Outstanding work with electrical and computer-type issues a specialty.

Maleks was amazing. He did an incredible job with my car and also provided clear and consistent communication as well. He went above and beyond and fixed multiple things at an amazing price. I was having some pretty bad anxiety about my car due to not feeling like I could trust any of the other mechanics I talked to and well I still had some anxiety taking it to Maleks just from not having been there before he did a great job and I drove my car off the lot problem free. Not only did he fix the main problem on my car that I asked him too he also fixed a few other problems without me asking and still at a cheaper price than any of the other mechanics around town. 10/10 for Maleks and if I could rate him a 10 out of 5 I would. Thank you again Malek very grateful for your solid work.
