They are a fantastic company. From my initial phone call to the time my vehicle was dropped off at the dealer the process was smooth and painless. They arrived exactly when they said they would. Shout out to the driver Jamie who was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the whole procedure. I hope to never need a tow again but I know who I'll be calling if I ever do.

I had made arrangements to have my Honda Rebel towed through AAA. I had a date and time set, but they never contacted Manchester Towing. I called their dispatcher, Becky, and she dispatched a driver, Will, on the same day. I could not be there when the bike was picked up because of the new scheduled time, but Will texted me when he was on his way, sent pictures when he picked the bike up, and when he delivered the bike. Both Becky and Will are seasoned in their profession, and it showed. They both made my situation stress-free. You both were fantastic. I highly recommend Manchester Towing.

I broke down and Manchester towing was the company I worked with. Nothing is worst then car trouble, but this company is amazing, especially Benjamin the responding driver. Excellent service, outstanding professionalism and very friendly. If you ever need roadside assistance, this is the company to call. Thank you again Ben for such great service and kindness. Had a great experience with Manchester Towing! Very helpful, friendly and efficient staff! Our new car had a faulty battery and they were able to start it so it did not have to be towed. Very appreciative of Becky and Brennan! Highly recommend calling them for service!

I would very highly recommend Manchester Collision and Towing to anyone. When my semi broke down they where very helpful not only in coming out to tow my rig but also help in finding a shop that could start working on it to get it back on the road making money. The whole crew was very friendly and professional and had the right equipment to get the job done right. They even tow the rig the last sixteen miles to the customer so I could make on time delivery before taking the truck in for repairs.
