If I could, I would leave this place no stars this is honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at any auto shop please I repeat please do not go here. I left my car to get repaired at this auto shop. I was horrified when I found my dead daughters ashes missing in the middle of my consul of my car, I have a little bag with gold coins and a little vile of ashes, and I never take it out of that spot when I receive my car they were not there when I went to confront them They were extremely rude and denied them taking it. I told them that I just wanted the vile back and they could keep the coins but Were adamant. That they didn’t take them I left the place crying and horrified. I don’t know what to do. Just warn people not to go here.

Charges to much and did not fix my car worked on it but gave it to me with a transmission failure and said it was 4x4 when it was just purely my transmission as well as didn’t call me to ask if it was ok to install new part just went ahead and did it and charged me as well as bought a used item instead of a new one do not come here this was a nightmare

I am torn because I thought they were honest and good mechanics... They charged me $160 (nothing fixed or replaced, just the labor to find that the problem was the computer and that it would cost $700 more for the new computer and additional labor--Manny said it would cost well over a thousand dollars if I took it to the dealership). Took my car to another mechanic who replaced the relays and charged me $50 total for the (junkyard) part and labor, problem fixed.

Went to them thinking I had an axle problem, he called me to come in and showed me I was missing one bolt on the control arm, he then told me I need to take it elsewhere to get aligned and charged me $75 for inspecting the car. Definitely not coming back to his shop, but the guy seems to know what he’s doing.

I'm in the middle. The work they do is good reliable and timely. Everything is explained. I went back to the dealer to check parts and I was upcharged by 3Xs and of course the service charge. I'm happy the vehicle was fixed but saddened by the upcharged and then the high service charges. Hey, on a serious note the cars get fixed quick.
