I'd like to make it a complain about this. Garage does not have good communication order parts. Tell them to do a few other things to your car and they don't even do it. Supposed to get breaks. Rotors oil change and my seat fixed and the only thing they did was the brakes and rotors and communication sucks here

Had them replace my fuel pump on my 2004 Chevy Avalanche. Very pleased with customer service and quickness of getting my truck back even though it went a little over my quote that Pat provided. Very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to any one and would defiantly use them again.

They're good, a little ill tempered sometimes. Wish they were open on weekends, for those that work during the week, it's a little tough to be there before they close, if you work near Albany. Overall, they're good though.

New to the area, Mannys was highly recommended. Called Wednesday afternoon to ask if they were taking new customers, and explained car wouldn’t start but I could have it towed there Thursday. Wanda said they could look at it Friday and would call to inform me what was wrong. I let Friday and the weekend go by not hearing from them. Called again Monday afternoon to see if it was even looked at. Wanda said it was all set and ready to go. I explained someone was supposed to call me before any repairs were started, repairs were NOT approved or authorized. She rudely said, guess I’ll have to go yell at someone. Told her I would have to wait to pick up car since I wasn’t not prepared for the cost they had given me. When I arrived I asked why no one called, said she wasn’t there Friday so didn’t know why the call wasn’t made. She continued to say “we don’t normally call anyone” which I replied “then don’t tell someone you’re going to”. They wouldn’t work with me due to the inconvenience and failure to follow NYS regulation. Then when she said the total, I handed her the credit card and she huffed saying she would have to add 3% fee and that using a card costs them to lose money. Not my problem. Was directed by DMV to file complaint, will be doing just that. Tired of be hassled by repair shops. Unacceptable.

All work was done in a timely manner and all work was well done. Very nice poeple to work with and the price was fair. I have been using them for years and never had a bad experience
