Walked up and a guy with a plate of food asked me what I needed. I told him the size tire. He said he'd go check. Then he went inside and never came back out. No customers there. 15 minutes later I got tired of waiting and left. Honestly I wanted to leave after 5 minutes. Tire placed know if they have a size or not. I was being polite by waiting. No wonder why they had no customers

This was the worst experience I've had at a tire shop. I came in to get some rims put on my SUV that I got on OfferUp. I was there for 4 hours and he only swapped 3 of the rims. The owners are a married couple having problems and the employees don't know who is in charge. While Manny was working on my job, other employees would start using the tire machine for a different job. This made it take forever. I wasn't offered a chair for a long time. It was raining, getting dark, and very frustrating. His machine broke and he began to take the tires off using 3 or 4 different crowbars and other tools. He damaged one rim. He also wouldn't go lower on the price even though he damaged a rim and took 4 hours for a 1 hour job, max. I will never go again, and I wouldn't want anyone I know to go their either. Forewarned is forearmed.

I pulled up on a Towe truck 1hr before closing. They took care of me no problem. Nobody else was even open. Lifesaver 😀

On December 10th which was supposed to be a simple tire patch was a nightmare. After taking the nail out of my tire amd saying my tire wasn't in need of patching, he proceeds to screw my tire back in. I spent some time with my dad before heading home who lives close by to Mannys tire shop. My dad is very familiar with the guy so he trusted him. However, as I was driving home, traffic was stopping on the freeway so I decide to exit. As I was on the road, the same tire that i had him patch started shaking and just came off and ended up on the other side of the road. Needless to say I had severe damage to my vehicle because my vehicle hit the ground and fell on the suspension causing massive and expensive damage. He is avoiding talking to me hasn't taken care of my vehicle cost to repair. I refused to let him work on my car as he neglected the smallest but one of the most crucial things. I physically went to ask for his insurance and he completely owned what he had done but wont let me know who his insurance is or anything. He shouldn't be in operation if these are the damages he causes including almost taking our lives as my Two children were with me.
