Marathon Seat Covers

Very disappointed in the quality of the product! I bought my seat covers last summer for my new Tacoma, I’m an avid upland bird hunter and have my GSP ride up front all the time, I noticed after our last putting several tears in the seat cover. I reached out to covercraft and they can’t find my order number or info from when I purchased the seat covers, so therefore nothing can be done about it.

Not impressed at all. I am extremely disappointed in the craftsmanship, quality, and lack of support from their customer service. I purchased front and rear covers for my 97 CCLB f350 the quality of the seat covers isn’t super great. The material reminds me of the 50$ mossy oak Walmart seat covers. When installing the armrest seat cover I noticed the complete lack of craftsmanship in the unfinished hem. I’m very aware this gets tucked under the plastic but for over 700$ for a set of seat covers I expected at least clean uniform edges. You can see in the pictures the loose folded flap. Despite the low quality I carried on with the install only to notice the “fuzzy” side of the Velcro is installed on the wrong side of the fabric on the armrest cover also. This makes it impossible to tightly secure the seat cover and it constantly comes undone. Currently I’ve removed the cover. When I contacted marathon regarding my issues I was informed they would send me new Velcro… like I couldn’t go to hobby lobby and buy some for 2$. I figured at the least they’d apologize and have me return the piece for them to sew the Velcro on and make the situation right. At the end of the day they get you with a no return policy so you’re stuck with your junk seat covers. If these were eligible for returns I’d have sent them back the same day. Please do yourself a favor a purchase your seat covers elsewhere.

The company I work with is a long time customer of Marathon. Over the last decade we have ordered Marathon seat covers for both work and personal vehicles. They were always outstanding until now! Since they have been bought out the product is now on par with seat covers you would get at Walmart. Unfortunately you are still paying a premium price! Can anyone recommend something comparable to the original Marathon seat covers?

I purchased these seat covers In October of 2020. Not even 2 years. Especially waiting a few months for them to make them. This Jeep pretty much sits in my garage. It’s gets driven once in a while. The seat covers started ripping. All of them. Their warranty states it does not cover uv damage to the color fading. I’m ok with fading. Not deteriorating in less than 2 years. Very disappointed.

I am a 5’ 2” petite women and did the install all on my own with zero problems. If you want to protect your investment and interior for not only the long term, but resale value, don't skimp on your interiors protection. Marathon Seat covers is the real deal. Could not be happier.
