I was pleasantly surprised by how enjoyable the experience was. The staff is friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The mechanics are knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Their prices are fair and competitive, proving that quality service doesn't have to break the bank. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto shop that won't gouge you on prices, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's refreshing to find a place that values customer satisfaction over quick profits.

Recently moved into the neighborhood, my husband had a flat tire and after looking at reviews I told him to come here. He did and they did not charge my husband. We gave them a nice tip. Fast forward to 7/5, all of my lights went off on the dashboard of my car (after getting an inspection done somewhere else on Monday). I decided to come here, they were honest and told me that after being off for the holiday that they wouldn't be able to get to my car until Saturday, but Monday the latest (7/8). I decided to leave my car with them since I did not need my car. I called on 7/8 to get an update and they were working on my car trying to diagnosis the problem. I was told that they would call me the following day. They kept their word and called me the next day in the afternoon. They did several diagnostic tests on my car and the reason for the lights coming on was unfounded. When I asked how much it would be after doing almost two days of testings and driving my car, they told me that they would not charge me. We gave them a gift card to Dunkin as a treat to cool off in the summer heat. There is nothing like honest good people who deserve to be recognized. We will continue to give them our business!

I don't typically leave negative reviews of places, but honestly I had a fairly negative experience here that's worth sharing. Around May 2022, I called this shop in the morning, claiming to have a Head Gasket failure and asking if they would be able to help me with this. They said yes, and asked me to bring it in the same day. As I'm about to pull into the shop, my car overheats & shuts down on the side of the road due to the head gasket issue. As I'm in sight of the mechanics, I tell them I'm a customer & ask for a quick tow into the lot to work on the car, which they refuse to do.. leaving me stuck. Considering I was instructed to bring the car in for repairs by the shop, I think this is a very reasonable request, especially considering the car was on Prospect Avenue already past the Dunkin. I was in eyesight of the shop.. but I digress. After about 20 minutes of searching for a bystander, someone kindly helps me tow my car into the lot. I re-iterate my head gasket issue to the representatives, expecting to drop it off, only figuring out that the mechanic apparently didn't want to take the project on that day, which is different from what I was told over the phone. They didn't want to hold onto the car, despite the fact that driving it back to my house in the bad condition it was in clearly wasn't safe for the engine, as it shut off. And they knew this, but still pressed on to bring it back another day. (getting it back home that day caused it to break down again in traffic.. but again, I digress) Frustrating, but I understand mechanics can get busy. I call maybe once or twice a week trying to get an update, constantly being told that I'll be contacted back soon, which never happened by the dates I was being told. Eventually it got to the point of where I got ghosted & my phone calls weren't getting answered at all, despite knowing I had this issue I was eager to get resolved. This elapsed about 2 months. I understand things can get hectic, & judging by the positive reviews I'm sure this spot is usually decent, but especially when you have a client that's being patient & respectful, transparency & communication should've been a standard, rather than have them depend on a false solution that you had no real intent on fulfilling.

AMAZING!! First time experience. I had brakes, oil change, state inspection, fluids changed, and tires rotated. Dropped car in the morning, done by the afternoon. They even offered me a ride to work. My car now drives like it is brand new. So smoooth. Great customer service as well. Steve was great.
