My vehicle was stolen and NYPD recovered it within less than 24 hours. It was towed to Mark's Automotive. I got to talk to Lily, who walked me through the process. The insurance company salvaged the title but at least they paid it out.

Do not ever go here do not ever let the NYPD specially the 83rd present take your car here I had to pay $1800 to get a bumper fixed and he did not even fix my headlights worst experience ever they do not even deserve a one star. Simple repairs they are not capable of doing do not get your car serviced here. You’ll be disappointed aggravated depressed.

NYPD had Mark's Automotive tow my vehicle after it was reported stolen and found. I am not sure this is even a real legitimate business. They haven't answered my phone calls for two weeks. It goes straight to voice mail and I have no idea where my car is. The number I have been calling is on the signs at their yard and on all the tow trucks out front. I can't help but wonder if this business is shut down or is a front for something else? Why does the main number for your business go unanswered for weeks? I will not be able to visit my family for Christmas thanks to this extremely unprofessional company.

They took care of my car after i was hit by a bus and towed it there the owner was very curtious because i got to the shop at3:58 p.m. and he said come back tomorrow morning and i won't charge you the extra day, even tho he could of. Thank god cuz my car is totaled so i need to sell it 4 parts

Worst place in New York City. My car was in this place for 5 days and they took out the rim's of my car and put on a flat tire. They don't even deserve this one star.
