I recently visited Mark The Car Doctor to get my spark plugs replaced on my MARK LT Truck and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. First off, Mark The Car Doctor is incredibly efficient. They had my car in and out of the shop in record time without compromising on quality. The replacement was done quickly, and I could tell they really knew what they were doing. Secondly, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff stood out. They explained the process clearly and answered all my questions with patience. It's clear they value their customers and aim to provide the best service possible. Lastly, the pricing was fair and transparent. There were no hidden fees, and I felt like I got great value for my money. Overall, if you're looking for a reliable mechanic who can get the job done fast and efficiently, I highly recommend Mark The Car Doctor . I'll definitely be returning for any future car needs! I just had very poor service and faulty car parts with another auto repair shop where I had to bring my car in for a THIRD time for AC car repair during a 100+ degree heat wave where they attributed twice to faulty car parts from the manufacturer. Mark was so kind to spend more than 20 minutes educating me on the initial phone call on how an AC compressor works versus condenser along with his labor estimates. Mark even gave me free guidance on what to do with the auto mechanic that had my car in their shop for the third AC car repair and resources to report them if I was having further problems. He is so generous and clearly passionate and knowledgeable to help his customers, so I will definitely go to him next time and recommend him to those in need of any help as well!

My truck was torn apart in my small garage. I had met Mark through work associates. Needed some help and specialty tools. He showed up on time. I needed lower ball joints pressed out and new ones pressed in. It would have never happened with the tools I had. Clean and thorough. Mark was not only knowledgeable and professional, but a nice guy. I will call him again.

I rarely write reviews but I’m m just going to start with saying Mark is the man! Very knowledgeable and professional mechanic. He diagnosed and resolved my issue very quickly. I had a bad water pump that he swapped out super quickly and efficiently. He did work that would take a another shop a whole day to do and he knocked it out within a morning. He also made me aware of other small issues and took care of it. Their pricing is very competitive and beat a lot of other shops in the OC. And they come to you! So it was less risk and money trying to take my car to the shop. If you’re trying to save money and time while looking for a honest mechanic call Mark they’ll take care of you like they did with me!

Over 300 miles into our trip the dreaded check engine light flashed. I could feel her (my Honda 2013 Pilot is a she 😊) begin to drive rough. In a panic I exited the freeway, taking the streets felt safer in case she’d shut down on us. Made it to our destination and now to find someone helpful, competent which wouldn’t charge an arm or a leg? A kind soul referred us to Mark. Hesitant, I made the late evening call. He was calm and reassuring that our trip would not be plagued with bad vibes, his wealth of KNOWLEDGE was evident, his peace and energy invaluable. As the call progressed, I knew he was the mechanic for us. The following morning he arrived, confirmed what was needed and fixed her up. He saved our trip! We got to watch the sunrises/sunsets and reassured us she’d make it back home to Arizona and she did!!!! You’re doing yourself a disservice going elsewhere, his expertise is priceless and he comes to you- what else can we ask for?
