Waited all day and wasted my time!!! Needed my car towed to the dealer and was setup at 1036 am with this company accepting to tow it. Initial wait time was 90-120 minutes and says they’ll be here in 90 minute. 90 minutes go by and no update so I was gonna wait until the 120 minute mark until I got another update saying another 90 minute wait. Okay so I wait 90 minutes and nothing so I call 60 minutes later at 130pm was told they’re busy but give them 90 minutes. Keeps going and going then at 4pm I get notified they are no longer going to be able to tow my car. I’ve wasted my entire day waiting for them just to cancel and I was very patient and not even rude when I called at 130pm. Waste of my time and will not ever use their services or tell anyone to use them.

Curtis was our driver and we didn’t end up needing a tow but he was great. Extremely friendly and ended up starting our car again. Extremely helpful and kind. Would recommend!

Power was lost while driving . Pulled over and used road side assistance. Marlboro towing came to the rescue . Rick helped me and showed me what every driver should have , cared , compassionate and most importantly helped with this situation. Thanks Rick for the attentiveness and the gratitude. Much appreciated and details MATTER. :) if I need a tow Again , I’m calling Marlboro!

Just had someone from this tow company come to me through Progressive and he was extremely helpful and skilled, helped me feel calm in a time of distress. I think his name was Darren or Derrick. Offered to help get the car back into the garage and even helped the neighbor across the street maneuver around the truck. I will definitely recommend and keep them in mind if I’m ever in need of a tow again

Had to use them when my car wouldn't start. Took a couple hours for them to arrive but such is life. Once they got there the guy tried to see if he could help fix my car issues. He couldn't, but he explained the process, asked where I need towed to and filled out the paperwork for the key drop. Hopefully won't have to use them again, but if for some reason I do, I know who to get in contact with.
