I’ve had my 2012 Jeep Wrangler in for some major work at Martin - I am so impressed with their professionalism and awesome customer service it’s hard to even type it all out! I’ve dealt mainly with Joe G and Javier, then today with Dean. First time I was there I met mechanic Elvis, who is a total Jeep guy, and I’ve never doubted any work I’ve had done. I couldn’t repeat it all back, but when I spoke to Javier he explained everything in such a way that I actually understood it all 😄. Great shop, great employees, I HIGHLY recommend them and I will not be going anywhere else for auto service. Thanks, guys! You are all SO AWESOME!!! 🚗

Finding a reliable and honest auto mechanic is difficult! Martin Auto Service is that place. They provide everything that you would want and more from an automotive service center. 1. Clear communication and follow-up 2. Transparency on what it will take to complete the service 3. They are there long after their service and truly care that the work is done correctly 4. They are concerned with getting it right versus being right!

Extremely happy with the service at this shop. The techs and service pros explained each service and all parts recommended, then walked through the bill, with options, prior to completing the work. They recommended only what was needed and provided the option, with zero pressure, to get additional services completed. They explained the importance of each service, including triaging what was urgent, needed but can wait, and what was extra preventative maintenance that could wait longer. I believe that, not only did I get a fair price for services, I also got a clear explanation of the process and each component of the final bill. I will definitely be going back here for all of my auto service needs.

Martin's Auto Service is like a truly excellent primary care doctor, when you find a good one, don't let them go! I'll elaborate further but it's important to first acknowledge one basic fact when it comes to the vast majority of auto repair; like a hospital visit, vehicle problems can be immensely stressful and it never happens at a "good time." Regardless of the auto service required, it can be financially and emotionally jarring to have one's primary means of transport suddenly inoperable. This creates the ideal conditions for frustration and fear to overwhelm all reason and this is where you'll find Martin's Auto to be like highly competent doctors with even better "bedside manner." My particular vehicle issue presented itself as being relatively straightforward in that the blower motor for the AC/Heat was rattling and needed to be cleaned or replaced. My vehicle had been in storage for nearly 5 years. After replacing the battery the car worked fine (except for a highly unpleasant odor) for a few days until the blower started making an unnerving sound. I performed a cursory inspection and found a dead mouse behind the vehicle's glovebox. Considering the air system has been working nominally I found plenty of information on online forums explaining that if there are rodents in a vehicle they'll often migrate to the blower motor for warmth (which made perfect sense considering the discovery of a dead pest, the foul odor, and the fact that the vehicle was driven after extensive time in storage). I explained the issue to one of the managers over the phone and came in with the car. Following successful replacement of the blower motor a slew of issues emerged which perplexed the experts at Martin's Auto yet they remained calm, communicative and most critical of all, provided me with a rental vehicle for the entire duration of the repair (which ended up being a little over 2 weeks). I would receive updates from the shop on progress with the repair. Now, I am not an expert nor am I even an intermediate when it comes to competency in auto mechanics. However, I have a robust physics background and a solid understanding of system dynamics. There's an element of uncertainty surrounding the origin and extent of the failure of certain electronics and mechanical components. What makes Martin Auto deserving of such a superlative review is that they honored the quote I was presented with somewhat early in the repair. For me, integrity is everything! I try my best to be a man of my word and I seek out people and businesses that have a reputation for doing the same. When I finally took delivery of my vehicle everything was in perfect working order. I waited a few days to write this review to ensure all identified problems were properly addressed and I am pleased to report that Martin Auto delivered. Most doctors take care to avoid certain types of patients that ultimately become far more trouble than they're worth. Don't be surprised if you visit a mechanic presenting with rodent problems and are turned away. One never knows the extent of damage until the vehicle is virtually every system is taken apart and tested piece by piece. I want to thank two managers, Joe and Dean, for being outstanding in their demonstration of patience, fairness, candor and comprehensive approach to rigorously test, repair and replace every faulty component. While I suspect they are thrilled to have my car out of their shop, I believe they'll come to see their efforts rewarded in time as I recommend their shop to family, friends, and colleagues. Integrity deserves to be rewarded. I'll include a few photos of the extent of the work (which represents a tiny fraction of the labor that went into the endeavor). I wish I had a photo on hand to show the completed work but suffice to say everything looks brand new. I am most grateful!

I have recently discovered Joe Martin and his team. I have finally found a reliable and honest team. Joe explained, in words I could understand, what my car needed and why. I found everyone to be professional and polite with a friendly smile. The icing on the cake was the text after to see how I thought the car drove. Very refreshing to see the human touch still dominants and proves nice is still practiced. Thank you Joe and your wonderful team for giving me piece of mind. Mary
